On the premise of ensuring the safety of the examination and the order of the examination room, the enrollment and examination institutions shall provide one or more of the following necessary conditions and reasonable facilities for disabled candidates participating in the spring college entrance examination knowledge examination according to the disability situation, specific needs and local conditions of disabled candidates:

（一）為視力殘疾考生提供現(xiàn)行盲文試卷、大字號試卷（含大字號答題卡）或普通試卷。

（二）為聽力殘疾考生免除外語聽力考試。

（三）允許視力殘疾考生攜帶答題所需的盲文筆、盲文手寫板、盲文作圖工具、橡膠墊、無存儲功能的盲文打字機、無存儲功能的電子助視器、盲杖、臺燈、光學(xué)放大鏡等輔助器具或設(shè)備。

（3） Candidates with visual disabilities are allowed to carry Braille pens, Braille handwriting boards, Braille drawing tools, rubber pads, Braille typewriters without storage function, electronic visual aids without storage function, blind sticks, desk lamps, optical magnifiers and other auxiliary devices or equipment required for answering questions.

（四）允許聽力殘疾考生攜帶助聽器、人工耳蝸等助聽輔聽設(shè)備。

（4） Candidates with hearing disabilities are allowed to carry hearing aids, cochlear implants and other hearing aids.

（五）允許行動不便的殘疾考生使用輪椅、助行器等，有特殊需要的殘疾考生可以自帶特殊桌椅參加考試。

（5） Disabled candidates with mobility difficulties are allowed to use wheelchairs and walking aids. Disabled candidates with special needs can bring their own special tables and chairs to take the exam.

（六）適當(dāng)延長考試時間：使用盲文試卷的視力殘疾考生的考試時間，在該科目規(guī)定考試總時長的基礎(chǔ)上延長50%；使用大字號試卷或普通試卷的視力殘疾考生、因腦癱或其他疾病引起的上肢無法正常書寫或無上肢考生等書寫特別困難考生的考試時間，在該科目規(guī)定考試總時長的基礎(chǔ)上延長30%。

（6） Appropriately extend the examination time: the examination time of visually disabled candidates who use Braille test papers shall be extended by 50% on the basis of the total examination time specified for the subject; The examination time for candidates with visual disabilities who use large-scale test papers or ordinary test papers, candidates with special writing difficulties such as inability to write normally on their upper limbs caused by cerebral palsy or other diseases, or candidates without upper limbs, shall be extended by 30% on the basis of the total examination time specified for the subject.

（七）優(yōu)先進(jìn)入考點、考場。

（7） Give priority to the examination center and examination room.

（八）設(shè)立環(huán)境整潔安靜、采光適宜、便于出入的單獨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考場,配設(shè)單獨的外語聽力播放設(shè)備。

（8） Set up a separate standardized examination room with clean and quiet environment, suitable lighting and easy access, and equipped with separate foreign language listening and playing equipment.

（九）考點、考場配備專門的工作人員（如引導(dǎo)輔助人員、手語翻譯人員等）予以協(xié)助。

（9） The examination center and examination room are equipped with special staff (such as guidance assistants, sign language translators, etc.) to assist.
