考試的心理活動(dòng)過(guò)程可分為四個(gè)步驟：(1)審題，理解題目條件和要求;(2)回憶和重現(xiàn)有關(guān)知識(shí);(3)在知識(shí)和題目的要求之間建立知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu);(4)表達(dá)解題過(guò)程，呈現(xiàn)題目答案。

The psychological process of exams can be divided into four steps: (1) reviewing questions, understanding the conditions and requirements of the questions; (2) Recall and reproduce relevant knowledge; (3) Establish a knowledge structure between knowledge and the requirements of the topic; (4) Express the problem-solving process and present the answers to the questions.

答題前要縱覽全卷，做到胸有全局，起到穩(wěn)定情緒、增強(qiáng)信心的作用。注意力還要高度集中，快速、準(zhǔn)確地從頭至尾認(rèn)真讀題。對(duì)不容易理解的或關(guān)鍵性的字句，要字斟句酌，反復(fù)推敲。

Before answering the questions, it is important to review the entire paper and have a comprehensive understanding, which helps to stabilize emotions and enhance confidence. Attention needs to be highly focused, quickly and accurately reading the questions carefully from beginning to end. For words and sentences that are difficult to understand or critical, it is important to carefully consider each word and sentence, and to reflect on them repeatedly.

要做到：(1)認(rèn)真揣摩題意，明確題目要求;(2)對(duì)容易的題要仔細(xì)考慮是否有迷惑因素，防止麻痹輕敵;(3)對(duì)難題、生題要冷靜分析題目本身所提供的條件和要求之間的關(guān)系，防止因心情緊張?jiān)斐伤季S障礙。

To achieve: (1) carefully understand the meaning of the question and clarify the requirements of the question; (2) Careful consideration should be given to whether there are any confusing factors when dealing with easy questions, in order to prevent complacency and underestimation of the enemy; (3) When dealing with difficult problems and questions, it is important to calmly analyze the relationship between the conditions and requirements provided by the questions themselves, in order to prevent mental disorders caused by emotional tension.

審題時(shí)，一是不看錯(cuò)題目，客觀準(zhǔn)確地把握題意;二是分析要清楚，要善于將問(wèn)題進(jìn)行解剖，將那些比較復(fù)雜的綜合題分解成若干部分，找出已知條件和未知條件之問(wèn)的關(guān)系;三是善于聯(lián)系，在分析題目的基礎(chǔ)上，將題目所涉及到的各個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)都聯(lián)系起來(lái)，挖掘出若干個(gè)潛在條件和知識(shí)之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。

When reviewing questions, one is to not misread the questions and objectively and accurately grasp the meaning of the questions; The second is to analyze clearly, be good at dissecting problems, breaking down complex comprehensive problems into several parts, and identifying the relationship between known and unknown conditions; The third is to be good at connecting, based on analyzing the problem, linking all the knowledge points involved in the problem, and exploring several potential conditions and internal connections between knowledge.

做題時(shí)要先易后難，增強(qiáng)自信心，要先做基本題，即填空題、判斷題，再做中檔題，后做綜合題;或者先做自己擅長(zhǎng)的題，后再集中精力去做難題。要避免兩種不良傾向：一是思想靜不下來(lái)，心神不定，不知從哪個(gè)題目做起，誤了時(shí)間;二是在某一題上花過(guò)多的時(shí)間，影響做其他題目。要做到會(huì)多少答多少，即使是沒(méi)有把握也要敢于寫，碰碰運(yùn)氣也無(wú)妨。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試中，敢于猜測(cè)的考生有時(shí)也會(huì)取得較好的分?jǐn)?shù)。

When doing questions, it is important to start with easy ones and then difficult ones to enhance confidence. Basic questions, such as fill in the blank and true/false questions, should be done first, followed by mid-range questions and comprehensive questions; Alternatively, start by doing the questions you excel at, and then focus on solving the difficult problems. To avoid two negative tendencies: first, the mind cannot calm down, the mind is restless, and one does not know which topic to start from, which wastes time; The second issue is that spending too much time on one question can affect the ability to solve other questions. To answer as many questions as you know, even if you are not confident, you should dare to write and try your luck. In standardized exams, candidates who dare to guess can sometimes achieve better scores.

認(rèn)真檢查，要檢查試卷要求、檢查答題思路、檢查解題步驟、檢查答題結(jié)果，千萬(wàn)不要提前交卷。

Carefully check the requirements of the test paper, check the answering ideas, check the solving steps, and check the answering results. Do not submit the paper in advance.
