高職分類考試比高考簡單得多，但是比會考難，依照以往的難易度占比是70%簡易題+20%中等水平題+10%難點。盡管高職分類考試難度系數(shù)還算不上大，可是近些年，越來越多的人了解高職分類考試，也明白了高職分類考試對一部分學(xué)生是一種讀大學(xué)的方便快捷安全通道，因此市場競爭一年比一年大。

因為高職分類考試主要以考專業(yè)技術(shù)內(nèi)容為主導(dǎo)，針對職高(含職高學(xué)校、中職學(xué)校、技工學(xué)校)階段主要學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)的學(xué)生而言，考試更容易一些。

有特殊要求的招生專業(yè)，招生院?？山?jīng)市教委批準(zhǔn)后開展職業(yè)傾向能力測試。測試內(nèi)容和方式由招生院校自行確定，原則上應(yīng)包括專業(yè)適應(yīng)性測試和綜合素質(zhì)測評，其結(jié)果作為專業(yè)錄取資格條件。職業(yè)傾向能力測試方案須報市教育考試院審核備案。報考藝術(shù)類專業(yè)的考生，還須參加當(dāng)年市普通高校藝術(shù)類招生專業(yè)統(tǒng)考。
